What is the difference between a cartoner machine and a case packer?
A cartoner machine packs individual products into retail cartons (primary or secondary packaging), while a case packer loads already-packed products into corrugated shipping cases for transport. Most lines need both — cartoning upstream, case packing at end of line.
What is the difference between the spider robot and suction robot lid placers?
The spider robot uses a multi-head delta arm to place several lids at once across multiple lanes for high speed. The suction robot picks one lid at a time with a vacuum head — simpler, gentler on delicate lids and easier to change over.
Can Joyda machines be integrated into my existing production line?
Yes. Every machine works standalone and is designed for integration — we match infeed and outfeed heights, conveyor speeds and control signals to your existing equipment.
Which machine should I use for rigid boxes versus folding cartons?
Rigid and premium artpaper boxes (210–350 gsm) are handled by the gluing and folding machines or the JYD-4350ST-1 forming machine. Corrugated folding cartons are handled by the folding & gluing cartoning machine, case erector and case packer.
Do you supply complete packaging systems or only single machines?
Both. You can start with one machine — a cartoner, case packer or lid placer — and expand later into a fully automated line with case erecting, sealing, strapping, stretch wrapping and palletizing.
What is the role of the palletizing robot and labeling machine?
The palletizing robot stacks finished cases at the end of line to replace manual pallet building, and the labeling machine prints and applies barcodes, dates and variable text for traceability before cartoning or dispatch.
